DELIVERY POLICY

  • We offer home delivery with a fee. The delivery cost will be confirmed once you accurately enter your delivery address during the order placement process.
  • We will do our best to deliver within the requested time frame, allowing for a 60-90 minute buffer. However, due to objective reasons such as bad weather, traffic jams, road incidents, etc., the shipper might be delayed. We will inform you as soon as possible if this occurs.
  • Before delivery, we will call to confirm your order. The shipper will only depart after confirmation. Please provide any changes or updates to your order during this call for quick support.
  • Please stay reachable as the shipper can only wait for a maximum of 20 minutes upon arrival.
  • If you don't plan to eat the cake immediately, please store it in the refrigerator's cool compartment. If a cold cake is left at room temperature for too long, it will melt and lose its original texture.
  • Upon receiving the cake, please inspect it before accepting. If the cake shows any signs of damage or breakage, DO NOT accept it and immediately contact our Hotline at 1800 2433 for immediate assistance.
